With 20+ years of experience in chiropractic, sports medicine, occupational health, and physiotherapy, Jeff has cared for patients in both Canada and the UK. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2003, he spent 14 years practicing overseas, where he pioneered on-site chiropractic care for the oil and gas industry.

Jeff is known for his evidence-based, patient-focused approach and for creating a welcoming space where patients of all ages feel supported in reaching their health and wellness goals beyond the pain.

In addition to caring for families at his Coldbrook clinic, Jeff also provides on-site care for the Valley Wildcats Jr. A hockey team, helping athletes perform at their best. 

Pam is passionate about helping people improve their health one baby step at a time - because she truly believes you’re never too old (or “too far gone”) to make positive changes.

She holds a degree in Health Education and recently completed a double certification in Personal Training and Health & Wellness Coaching, which she’s excited to weave into both her work and everyday life.

With 10+ years in the chiropractic world, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge from both the administrative and clinical sides of practice.

She’s kind of like a rare wildlife sighting around these parts - blink and you might miss her -because she works her magic quietly behind the scenes. But trust us: she’s a ninja (usually three steps ahead), keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. She wears too many hats to count - but somehow does it all with her humour intact, a smile on her face and her caring, listening ear ready. See now why we are so lucky to have her!?!?!

When she’s not in the office being all ninja-like, you’ll probably find her among her favourite things: books, flower gardens, music, cheesecake, her five feathered hen friends and her family (not in that order of course ;)

To know Maura is to know her passion for music. From writing and performing her own music to playing guitar, she lets her heart shine through everything she creates.

Maura has worked as a Chiropractic Assistant since 2016, bringing valuable knowledge, experience, and insight to her role. She believes true wellness supports the whole person - physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Her genuine care for others is evident in all she does. With a warm smile and compassionate presence, Maura helps our patients feel comfortable and supported, making her an invaluable member of our team.

Outside the clinic, Maura nurtures emotional and spiritual wellness as a Level 3 Master Reiki Practitioner and is currently training in Reflexology.

She loves performing her music, exploring new trails, writing songs, and spending time with family, friends, and her furry friends.
